Annual Reports

End of Old Year - Beginning of New Year

Please submit the following reports to the state office. If this information is part of your annual meeting report to your members, you do not have to reinvent the wheel-just send a copy of what you submitted to your members to the state office. Please be sure to place your League name on each submission.

1. Local League Board list assigned responsibilities; Due May 15 or IMMEDIATELY after your Annual Meeting

Please include address, phone, fax if available and e-mail address. We need this information to update Local League Leaders Reference. We would like to have this resource in your hands with the June State Board Report.

2. Local Program Items for the past year; Due July 1

3. Monitoring Local Government/Responding to Calls-for-Action for the past year; Due July 1

4. Community Project or Forum for the past year; Due July 1

5. Fund Raising Initiatives for the past year; Due July 1

6. Treasurer's Report for the past year; Due July 1

7. Approved Budget for the coming year; Due July 1

8. Current Bylaws, if amended at annual meeting; Due July 1


A reminder: Send the following information to LWVUS:
  • The name and address of the person who is to receive the free president's mailing during the coming year
  • A copy of your board list, with addresses & phone numbers
  • Budget adopted for the coming year
  • A copy of your bylaws, if amended at annual meeting
